<p>PURPOSE:To easily change the program of a multi-microprocessor system with a simple constitution, by connecting PROM unit removable on on-line system to a common bus. CONSTITUTION:Each microprocessor MP11 successively stores each executing program in each RAM13 as data at a high-speed in accordance with a program previously stored in each ROM12 by a start signal. On the other hand, when the program of plural MPs 11 is to be changed or corrected, one set of changed or corrected PROMs is prepared in the first place and a conventional PROM6 is removed from the socket, then, the changed or corrected PROMs are inserted into a PROM unit 6 under the on-line state After the insertion into the PROM unit 6 is completed, a system start button is depressed. Then the program of each MP11 is changed to the newest one.</p> |
