摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make the capacity of a thermal medium reservoir tank small to reduce a cost of equipment by partitioning the thermal medium reservoir tank with a movable partition into a high-temperature thermal medium storage section and a low-temperature thermal medium storage section. CONSTITUTION:A thermal medium reservoir tank 21 is partitioned vertically by a movable partition 22 into an upper high-temperature thermal medium storage section 21a and a lower low-temperature thermal medium storage section 21b. The thermal medium exchanges heat with the LNG in the LNG vaporizer 2 from the high-temperature thermal medium storage section 21a to be stored temporarily in the low-temperature thermal medium storage section 21b. The low-temprature thermal medium in the low-temperature thermal medium storage section exchanges heat with a heat recipient fluid from a cold-heat usage section (a) in a heat exchanger 12 to be returned to the high-temperature medium storage section 21a. When a heat quantity demand from the cold-heat usage section (a) is greater than a feed cold-heat layer from the LNG, the quantity of the high-temperature thermal medium in the thermal medium reservoir tank 21 becomes larger to displace the movable partition 22 downward to increase the volume of the high-temperature thermal medium storage section 21a, while when the feed cold-heat quantity is greater than the required heat quantity, the movable partition 22 moves upward to increase the volume of the low-temperature thermal medium storage section 21b.</p>
