PURPOSE:To reduce irregularity of rotation, regarded as the most important trouble, in a sintered oleo bearing with less than 4mm. diameter used for sound/ image projector and improve characteristic of sound/image projection by using specific lead bronze sintered alloy as a material for bearing and specifying the ratio of the bearing clearance to the diameter of an axis. CONSTITUTION:The quality of material of a bearing is, lead bronze sintered alloy consisting of 4-7% tin, 3-6% lead by ratio of weight, and the remaining copper. Further, the ratio of clearance to the diameter of an axis (bearing inside diameter D'- diameter of axis D)/D is made 2.8-10.7(X0.001). |
