PURPOSE:To facilitate the repair for each spring pin erected individually by providing a sleeve provided exposed from the opening end face of a protective tube erected on a board and a mobile pin loosely fitted into the sleeve. CONSTITUTION:A mobile pin 21 is fitted loosely into a sleeve 22 so as to withdraw and project by a spring force. A sleeve 22 is fitted into a protective tube 23 and a spring pin is assembled. In this case, the length L1 of the sleeve 22 is set to be larger than the depth L of an insertion hole of the protective tube 23, the tip of the sleeve 22 is exposed from the opening end of the protective tube 23 in the pin assembled. The spring pin thus assembled is erected properly to form a contact board 10. This facilitates repair of spring pins relatively easy to break with a limited overall size like a contact board used as contactor of a flat package type semiconductor device.
