PURPOSE:To enable changing of effective water depth freely and simply without charging and discharging of water of water tank water, by charging and discharging air bag constructed with flexible members mounted on a tentative bottom plate provided with a top surface running parallel to a water tank bottom immersed under water. CONSTITUTION:By dividing a compressor 7 and handling a three-way valve 8, compressor 7 and air bag 5 are connected with a charging and discharging pipe 6. When air is supplied into the air bag 5 and it is inflated to increase buoyancy, a tentative bottom platet 4 is made to float. When the top surface 4A of tentative bottom plate 4 reaches a predetermined water depth, the tentative bottom plate 4 is fixed, and the top surface 4A is positioned horizontally. Reversely, when the tentative bottom plate 4 is lowered, the three-way valve 8 is handled and inside air in the air bag 5 and atmosphere are brought to communication through the discharging and charging pipe 6. Air pressure inside the air bag 5 is discharged outside by water pressure automatically to decrease buoyancy and then, the tentative bottom plate 4 is allowed to drop under its own weight. |
