<p>PURPOSE:To provide a grout having excellent durability and slow-curing property and suitable for stabilization of soft ground, prepared by adding reburned retort residue and blast furnace slag to a solidifying agent. CONSTITUTION:The grout is prepared by mixing 10-60wt% reburned product of retort residue obtained as byproduct of metallic magnesium production by the pyroreduction process, 10-60wt% Portland cement and 30-80wt% blast furnace slag into a solidifying agent. Most preferred Portland cement is one containing 60-70wt% 3CaO.SiO2 and 4wt% or lower 3CaO.Al2O3, for it has a high strength developing property and good resistance to sulfuric acid. The blast furnace slag should pref. be crushed to a Blaine specific surface area of 3,500 cm<2>/g or higher, esp. 4,500cm<2>/g or higher.</p> |
