<p>PURPOSE:The titled tape, obtained by forming recessed parts on one side of a base material, e.g. a plastic film, at given intervals and an adhesive layer provided releasably on the bottom of the above-mentioned recessed parts, and capable of transferring safely even minute articles and fixing the articles in a uniform state. CONSTITUTION:A tape (A) for fixing minute articles 4, obtained by forming recessed parts 2 at given intervals on one side (1A) of a base material 1 consisting of a plastic film or sheet, e.g. polyethylene, by press molding, etc., and adhesive layers 3, e.g. acrylic adhesive layers, on the bottom in the above-mentioned recessed parts 2. The minute articles 4, e.g. electronic parts, are adhesively fixed on the above-mentioned adhesive layers 3, and the resultant minute articles 4 with the adhesive layers 3 thereon are released from the tape (A) for fixing the minute articles 4 and adhesively fixed on a given base board (C) through the adhesive layers 3. The size of the above-mentioned recessed parts 2 is preferably such an opening area as to loosely engage the minute articles 4 with a depth without slipping in the transverse direction nor overturning even on application of some vibration.</p> |
