PURPOSE:To obtain a product made of resin provided with a precise smooth and glossy surface, by making injection molding of a macromolecular resin after a film forming a smooth and glossy surface has been coated on the inside of a plaster mold. CONSTITUTION:A smooth and glossy film 7 is formed by applying a surface handening treatment agent having hardness durable against injection and pouring of resin with pressure to the inside of a plaster mold 6a, a top and bottom pressureproof flasks 2, 2a are set up after the smooth and glossy film 7 has been handened, softened macromolecular resin is injected and poured with pressure from an opening part 4 through a gate hole 6b of the plaster mold 6a by an injection molding machine and a product 9 made of resin having a precise smooth and glossy surface is taken out after handening of the resin. As thickness of the smooth and glossy film 7 is adjusted according to dispersion of contraction resulting from cooling of the resin at the time of injection molding, it becomes possible to correct the size of the resin through the coated smooth and glossy film 7. As the thickness of the smooth and glossy film 7 is adjusted according to a degree of contraction of each part of the product made of resin, the product made of resin which is superior from preciseness point of view is obtained. |
