PURPOSE:To improve the dimensional accuracy of each section by composing a movable coil of insulating sheets formed by previously depositing, printing or bonding on both side surfaces of a movable coil conductor. CONSTITUTION:Movable coil conductors 19, 19' made of silver or copper of high conductivity are formed on both side surfaces of an insulating sheet 18 made of plastic or paper by previously depositing, printing or bonding. Then, the sheet 18 is molded in a cylinder, the conductors 19, 19' of the front and back surfaces are connected by high frequency bonding, press-bonding or solderng to form a series of coils, and coils of both side surfaces are connected to form 2-layer movable coils. |
