<p>A turn control apparatus which prevents a turning tube of a Z-type propulsion device from turning in reverse, even if a control handle instructing the tube to turn is turned through ↓∃ 180 degrees or more. The angle of turn of the control handle (1) and the consequent angle of the turning tube are used by a trigonometric function vector calculation circuit (6) to generate a sine signal and a cosine signal of drift angles (1, 2) of both angles, or a second sine signal of the angle obtained by adding 45 degrees to a drift angle. These three signals (the sine signal, the cosine signal and the second sine signal) or two signals, (the sine signal and the cosine signal) are used by a signal processing circuit (7) to generate a signal whose polarity is not inverted even if the angle of turn exceeds ↓∃ 180 degrees. This signal is supplied to a drive device which turns the turning tube, to control the turn. </p> |
