PURPOSE:To produce a titled tube without generating any gap between laminated and corrugated sheets by setting the diameter in the cylindrical crest part of the corrugated sheet smaller by as much as the thickness of the corrugated sheet and the diameter of the cylindrical through part larger as much as the thickness of the corrugated sheet. CONSTITUTION:The radius of a crest part 2A of a corrugated sheet 10 is set R-t(t is the wall thickness of the sheet 10) and the radius of a crest part 2C at R-2t where the radius of the crest part 2A is designated as R. The radii of the through parts 3B, 3C are further set at L+t, L+2t respectively when the radius of the through part 3A is designated as L. Such plate 10 is wound spirally to a prescribed pitch and the corrugated sheets are laminated with a deviation in an axial direction by one pitch to produce a flexible tube. Then the laminated plates 60, 70, 80 of the tubes mesh with each other exactly without generating any gap and the collapsion of the shape is obviated. |
