发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATED IRON CORE
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily obtain an iron core without cutting of the amorphous magnetic alloy thin plate and any deformation by bending the belt-shaped amorphous magnetic alloy thin plate and forming a laminated iron core through combination of a plurality of iron core blocks manufactured by continuous lamination thereof. CONSTITUTION:The iron core blocks 12-14 are formed by continuously bending the belt-shaped amorphous magnetic alloy thin plates 11 with a press. The blocks 12-14 undergo the annealing process for eliminating distortion. The iron core 1 made of thin plates 11 is divided into blocks 12-14 and each block is then divided in the laminating direction and is subjected to the heat processing and thereby distribution of temperature of iron core can be uniformed. The blocks 12-14 are then impregnated with resin and blocks 12, 13 are combined, a winding 15 is wound to the core legs, the block 14 is combined to the blocks 12, 13, thereby completing a core.
