PURPOSE:To enable easy production of a vessel for electromagnetic induction heating without deformation in the stage of producing said vessel by joining a magnetic material plate such as an iron plate to an Al plate for forming the vessel then forming the plate to a desired shape. CONSTITUTION:A blank body 3 consisting of an Al plate 1 for forming a vessel and a magnetic material plate 2 such as an iron or steel plate, ferritic stainless steel plate or martensitic stainless steel plate which are joined by means of a brazing method, compression bonding method or adhesion by means of an adhesive agent or the like is grasped between a punch 5 serving also as an inside die and a knockout ram 6 by fixing the circumference with blank holders 4. The punch 5 is then lowered under pressure to draw the plate to a desired shape by a master die part 7, thereby producing a vessel for electromagnetic induction heating. The working to the vessel may be accomplished by a mechanical method such as a spinning method or a hot backward extrusion forging method in place of drawing. The vessel having no deformation owing to a difference in the coeffts. of thermal expansion of both materials is easily produced. |
