Due to different diameters (D, d, s) of the valve seats (14 and 15) and the valve stem (5), the pressure medium produces at the valve body (4) a force which is used as a drive for actuating the valve. The control device (16) can therefore be reduced to a simple holder (only acting passively) without external drive. This holder is released by an electric impulse signal (24, 25). Therefore the signal energy produced and transported in electronic control systems is sufficient for the valve actuation without the necessity of additional drives. <IMAGE>
