PURPOSE:To shorten molding time of foamed molding, by laying a reinforcement matter spouting a fluid causing foaming into a main body made of foaming plastic. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a molding part of a molding die is set up with a reinforcement matter 15, each of pouring openings 17 of which is connected with a supply source of a fluid causing foaming, and a predetermined quantity of plastic raw materials containing a foaming agent is loaded within the molding part. Then the fluid causing foaming is spouted within the molding part through a duct opening at the molding part and poured into the reinforcement matter 15 through the pouring opening 17 from the supply source. As an inner cavity 19 in the reinforcement matter 15 becomes the duct, the fluid poured into the reinforcement matter 15 is arrived at respective spouting openings 18 and spouted evenly toward the foaming plastic raw materials from these spouting openings 18. In consequence of the above, foaming plastic raw materials are heated and foamed rapidly, which fills the inside of the molding part, molded in a predetermined shape and becomes a main body 14. |
