PURPOSE:To close automatically a metal die after pouring a liquid into it and to carry out automatically taking out a molded article, by dividing the metal die into four parts a top force, a pair of intermediate forces and a bottom force. CONSTITUTION:After a liquid has been poured into a cavity 12 under a state wherein an intermediate stationary force block 6 and an intermediate closing force block 5 are combined, a bottom force block 8 is combined with the bottom of an intermediate force block 7 by inserting a core 13 within the cavity 12 of the intermediate force block 7 and only a top force block 4 is uncovered, the top force block 4 is combined with the top of the intermediate force block 7 through a cylinder 19. As for a metal die, a molded article is taken out by opening it as follows. The top force block 4 and the bottom force block 8 are moved vertically by making the cylinders 19, 33 act. Then when the rod of a cylinder 55 is extended, the intermediate closing force block 5 is opened in a horizontal direction at the initial stage through turning force making a pin 65 of a lever into a hinge point and then the intermediate closing force block 5 is opened horizontally through rotation of the same by turning a bent arm by making a pin 47 into a hinge point, through which the molded article in the inside of the intermediate stationary force block 6 is taken out. |
