PURPOSE:To enable bending a forming material at a large curvature without deforming the section thereof by inclining a rotating body attached with the plural 1st dies facing each other into which the forming material is inserted and supported by a desired angle. CONSTITUTION:When a base plate 10 is oscillated around a fulcrum shaft 11 connecting to a holder 2, the paths of the 1st dies 20a-20d and the 2nd dies for carrying a forming material are diagonally deviated by an angle theta. A blank forming material A is therefore curved at the axial line according to the angle theta. A worm gear 19 is turned in this stage to oscillate and rotate a rotating body 18 by an angle alpha in the direction opposite to the curving direction of the material A, so that the axial line direction of the material A is twisted by the dies 20a-20d. The oscillation and rotation are also transmitted to the 2nd dies on the discharging side of the material A, by which these dies are turned diagonally at the angle alpha.
