PURPOSE:To suppress the vibration and to reduce the generation of a spark by bonding a rubber sheet in a longitudinal direction of a brush slider black made of thin metal plate having elasticity and conductivity and bonding thereon via base nonwoven fabric or plain woven cloth on both side surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A brush base 2 having elasticity and conductivity supported to a brush support L is bent to form a slide surface 3 with a commutator 4. A base 13-containing rubber sheet 12 is bonded via an adhesie 14 longitudinally to the opposite side of the slide surface 3. The base 13 is formed of nonwoven fabric or plain woven cloth in parallel with fiber with modulus sufficiently larger than the rubber. The adhesive 14 may be hard, and when bonded with adhesive, it is used as thin as possible. In this manner, the vibration attenuating effect is improved, an electric spark is reduced, and noise is decreased. |
