PURPOSE:To simply perform the initial setting and adjustment of an ink delivery amount by manual operation, by a method wherein an adjusting cam is revolved from the outside of a pot stay to perform the advance and retract movement of split blades while an adjusting screw is threaded with and pierced into an adjusting lever and revolved from the outside to change the phase of the adjusting cam. CONSTITUTION:Marking lines 75 preliminarily provided to a bearing 33 and an eccentric pin 35 are aligned and an adjusting lever 60 is made almost vertical to be integrally connected by a clamp screw 61. In the next step, a knob 43 is grasped to be aligned to the zero position of a scale 71. An adjusting screw 62 is rotated and adjusted to move blades 6 forwardly and backwardly to perform zero adjustment. In the next step, when the knob 43 is operated and an eccentric cam 36 is eccentrically revolved to a clockwise direction, the split blades 6 is released from a first roll 49 and moved to a direction spaced apart from a pot roller 3 by the elastical repulsive force of a compression spring 15 to enlarge a gap (t) whereby an ink delivery amount is adjusted to a predetermined amount. By this method, zero adjustment can be performed from the outside of the pot stay and the opening degree of the split blades can be performed by simple operation. |
