PURPOSE:To stir a solution containing substances to produce a desired biochemical reaction efficiently, by adding magnetic beads to a magnetically permeable container and setting a magnet device making a vibrating magnetic field act on the magnetic beads outside the container. CONSTITUTION:The test plate 1 consists of the magnetically permeable material 3 and the lagging cover 4. The top cover 5, the magnet device 8 and the temperature controller 9 are laminated, integrated and placed on a stand. The magnet device 8 has the magnet bar 6 put movably in the longer direction in plural dent channels and a great number of the magnet pieces 12... are fixed to the side of the top cover 5 of the magnet bar 6 in a zigzag state. A vibrating magnetic field acts on the magnetic beads 14 in the test cup 13 by reciprocation of the magnet bar 6 to carry out stirring.
