The siphon consists of a profiled receptacle (1), with an openable cover (4) equipped, on one side, with a hinge (5) and, on the other side, with a snap hook (8) or with another pressure-exerting quick- opening device. Given that the hinge (5) and the snap hook (8) are placed on the outside of the siphon, they are not attacked by the corrosive gases. Sealing is ensured by a single lining. <IMAGE>
