PURPOSE:To obtain a hologram plate which withstands use at high speed revolutions and has high efficiency and reliability by placing a hologram sheet between light transmittable plastic substrate and adhering the same. CONSTITUTION:A hologram sheet 2 is adhered by means of an adhesive agent 5 between upper and lower light transmittable plastic substrates 3 and 4 having a toric shape to form a hologram disc 1. Since the plastic substrates are used, the use at high speed revolution is possible and the hologram disc 1 having high efficiency and high reliability is obtd. |
