PURPOSE:To attain broad band by feeding power from N-set of feeding points at a position rotated sequentially by ppi/N radians (where; p is an integral number) around a boresight axis while shifting the feeding phase by each ppi/N radians. CONSTITUTION:A batch antenna 1 of an antenna base 2 has feeding points F- 1,...,F-4. The feeding points F-1,...,F-4 are located at a position being rotated around the boresight axis 0 sequentially by each pi/4 and the relative phase of feeding lines 3-1,...,3-4 is shifted sequentially by pi/4. Through the constitution above, a complete circularly polarized wave is irradiated in the boresight direction from this antenna. Thus, the broad band is attained for this antenna in comparison with that of a batch antenna of one-point feeding and two-point feeding.
