发明名称 LIMITER CIRCUIT
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the phase of an output signal from being changed because of the level of the amplitude of an input signal by providing an amplifier section giving a larger delay by an output signal of a limiter section as the lead of the phase of the signal outputted from the limiter section is increased more. CONSTITUTION:A limiter circuit consists of the limiter section LIM and the amplifier section AMP amplifying its output signal Vm. The limiter section LIM consists of a resistor R1, a DC blocking capacitor C1 and two diodes D1 and D2. The amplifier section AMP consists of a common emitter circuit comprising a transistor (TR)Q1 and an emitter follower circuit comprising a TRQ2. The phase of the output signal Vm of the limiter section LIM is led more, as the amplitude of an input signal Vin is larger. On the other hand, the phase of an output signal Vout of the amplifier section AMP is lagged more as the amplitude of the input signal Vin is larger. Thus, the amplifier section AMP acts like a phase compensating means.
