PURPOSE:To lighten the burden of an interruption handling routine and to improve the response time characteristic, by installing an input processing device which exclusively processes device requesting interruptions from each input controlling device. CONSTITUTION:Input processing devices PCE are installed between an interruption handling routine ISR and each input controlling device CE. The PCE is used for exclusively processing device requesting interruptions from each CE. The PCE and each CE are coupled in a star type network system of centralized type. Therefore, the necessity of poling scan of the ISR to each CE is eliminated and, as a result, the burden of the ISR can be lightened and the response time characteristic can be improved.
