PURPOSE:To obtain a aluminum plate with less aluminum powder sticking thereto by passing the aluminum plate through rolling rolls arranged so that the surface thicknesses of the rolls become finer in order in cold rolling the aluminum plate plural times to obtain a prescribed thickness. CONSTITUTION:In cold rolling an aluminum plate plural times for obtaining a prescribed thickness, the surface roughnesses of rolling rolls of the 1st time, the 2nd time, and the 3rd time are made finer in sequence. In this way, aluminum powder sticking to the surface of the plate is reduced almost to zero. Accordingly, in manufacturing can materials; the material surface is prevented from becoming smudgy at the time of forming, and the unevenness of luster is eliminated in manufacturing name-plates. |
