PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a magnetic bubble transfer path by making the direction of the gap between fundamental patterns oblique to the buffer transfer direction and giving an angle of inclination to the gap in the breadthwise direction to prevent surely the short-circuit between adjacent fundamental patterns. CONSTITUTION:An angle phi of inclination is given to a gap (g) between fundamental patterns 2 in the breadthwise direction to form the gap (g) so that its both sides in the breadthwise direction are not parallel. Thus, the width of the gap (g) is extended considerably effectively when viewing from a process face, and rugged step parts in edge part 2a of the gap (g) are absorbed when they are generated, and the short-circuit between patterns in the gap (g) is prevented surely. |
