PURPOSE:To prevent eccentricity of a flexible magnetic sheet when it is loaded by applying a lubricant layer into a ring shape on front and rear faces of the sheet along the circumferential edge of the center hole of the sheet to reduce the coefficient of friction between the sheet and a positioning member. CONSTITUTION:When a flexible magnetic disc is loaded to a device, a rotating part 3 of the positioning member is applied to from below a sheet 2, and a collet 4 is allowed to fall from above this rotating part 3 and is press-fitted into a round recess part 3a of the rotating part 3. At this time, if there is a positional deviation between a round hole 2a of the sheet 2 and the round recess part 3a of the rotating part 3, a part of the circumferential edge of the round hole 2a of the sheet 2 is held between the collet 4 and the recess part 3a of the rotating part 3, and the sheet 2 is rotated in the eccentric state. Therefore, the lubricant layer is applied into a ring shape on front and rear faces of a sheet 10 along the circumferential edge of a center hole 10a of the sheet 10 to reduce friction between the sheet and the positioning member, and thus, the sheet is pressed to the slope of the collet and is set to the center position when it is positioned, and eccentricity is prevented.
