PURPOSE:To reduce an opening and closing moment by constituting a home position of an optical system in a supporting point side. CONSTITUTION:A mirror 5 and an exposing lamp 4, and mirrors 6, 7 are supported by the first carriage 411 and the second carriage 412, respectively, and these carriages 411, 412 are guided by guide rails 421, 422 and are freely movable in parallel in the direction as indicated with an arrow (a). Since a home position of the mirror 5 is set to a point A, that is to say, since the carriages 411, 412 and an optical system 3 are placed at a supporting point 52 side, it does not occur that the carriages 411, 412 drop when a device is opened, and also since their weight exists in the vicinity of the supporting point A, an opening and closing moment of the device can be reduced. |
