The brace comprises a draw bar and runs through opposing holes in the mould plates. An external casing has the draw bar running through it, at least between the mould plates against which the concrete is cast. The draw bar is radially expandable from a first position corresponding to a first outer dia. to take up a second position through expansion, this position corresponds to a second outer dia. which is greater than the first. - The casing is pliant and pref. sprung, and the draw bar with the casing in the first position can be pushed through corresp. holes in the mould plates and in the second position can seal against the sides of the holes by the casing (7). |
