摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease the number of steps and manpower of inserting tubes in the production of heat exchangers by applying rotating force and elastic force to tube groups in inserting these into the holes of tube plates and further applying pushing force. CONSTITUTION:A tube storage box 1 is set to a lifter 2, and a tube inserting device 5 is positioned. The pushing plate 20 of a tube extruding device 3 is positioned and an extruding cylinder 16 is operated to simultaneously extrude plural tubes 4. The tubes 4 enter between rollers 67, 68, are automatically fed by the friction force produced by elastic retaining force, pass through the holes of supporting plates and are inserted to just before the tube plate. When the pushing cylinder 70 of the tube pushing device 69 is operated, the remaining parts of the tubes 4 are pushed into the pipe plate by the pushing force thereof and the feed force of the rollers 67, 68. The tubes 4 are semiautomatically inserted into all the holes of the tube plate and tube supporting plate of the heat exchanger body.
