PURPOSE:To detect variation in the rotation of a rotor at a high accuracy by providing a circuit means for measuring a pulse interval of a pulse generation means for generating a plurality of pulses per one rotation of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:In a small-sized still camera integrated with a recorder using a magnetic disc, output of a retriggerable monostable multivibrator (RMM)12 of a rotary variation detecting circuit 11 moves to H only by the time T1 from the rising of a signal from a frequency generator (FG) 9 for generating a pulse with the rotation of a magnetic disc 2 while output of a monostable multivibrator (MM)13 moves to H by the time T2 from the falling of the output of the RMM 12. If the output of the MM13 is H at the rising of the pulse following the FG signal, the output of the DFF14 becomes H to output a signal indicating the possibility of photographing. When the interval of the FG signal is shorter than T1 and longer than T1+T2, the output of the MM13 is L and the DFF14 outputs a signal indicating the impossibility of photographing. |
