PURPOSE:To set automatically a line scanning address by providing a circuit for detecting number of actual lines and producing an address control condition depending on the output of the said circuit. CONSTITUTION:The actual line number detecting circuit 23 detecting an actual line number informing signal 22 outputted from a line connection device 21 so as to grasp the actual line number and an address control condition producing circuit 24 producing an address control condition in accordance with a prescribed rule based on the signal from the actual line number detecting circuit 23 are provided in a line scanning device 5 comprising an address counter 1 advancing in order a line scanning address and an address control circuit 3. The address control circuit 3 converts an output from the address counter 1 based on the address control condition and outputs the real line scanning address 4. |
