UNIDIRECTIONAL SILICON STEEL PLATE WITH SMALL IRON LOSS

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the iron loss by inclining the [001] axes of secondarily recrystallized grains at a prescribed angle to the rolled surface. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate having an ordinary silicon content and a final thickness is formed into a corrugate shape extending in a direction perpendicular to the rolling direction, and the corrugated steel plate is straightened to provide a crystal structure in which the [001] axes of the secondarily recrystallized grains incline at 0.5-4 deg. to the rolled surface. The iron loss of the resulting unidirectional silicon steel plate is kept at a low level.
