PURPOSE:To control accurately a moable member by controlling a driving source with a signal, which is obtained by adding the position signal and the speed signal of the driving source and a movable member acceleration signal, at a damping time. CONSTITUTION:A position error command signal from a movement extent command and position error counting device 25 is inputted to a speed command signal generator 20 to obtain a speed command signal Vc, and this signal drives a motor 10 together with a rotation direction indicating signal through a selecting circuit 24. At this driving time, position signals A and B are detected through a position detector 11, and an acceleration signal 2 is detected through an acceleration detector 30. Position signals A and B are inputted to said generator 21, an adder 21, and the counting device 25 as an amplitude average value 19, an actual speed signal Vomega, and a position pulse 15. In this case, said acceleration signal 2 is inputted to said selecting circuit 24 through a position, differential, and acceleration signal adding circuit 27 together with the position signal A to output a driving signal together with the speed signal Vomega or the like. |
