An anionic, water-soluble, dyestuff chromium complex of disazo compds. has at least one complex-forming disazo compd. of formula (I), in which-A-COOH is 2-carboxy-naphthyl-1,2-carboxy-naphthyl-3, or 2-carboxy-phenyl-1. These are unsubstituted or substituted by up to two substitutes selected from alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, nitro, carboxy and sulpho; B is sulpho-naphthyl or phenyl unsubstituted or substituted by one or more of halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, carboxy, salpho and nitro and/or by a phenylamino gp. in the meta-or para-position, the benzene nucleus of which is optionally substituted by one or more of sulpho, carboxy and nitro, or by a methyl-benzothiazolyl radical.
