PURPOSE:To ensure the reduction of a degree of multiplexing of simultaneous running and the load of a CPU by recognizing all exclusive resources as one continuous address and dividing the size of them equally by a certain extent and using divided one as an exclusive unit to perform optimization. CONSTITUTION:When an instruction OPEN in issued, and access control program ACP22 refers to a management table, which is not shown in Fig. to initialize a control table which is required for the purpose of making a file accessable. Next, the program ACP22 recognizes a minimum exclusive unit and a file capacity if exclusive control is required, and the program ACP22 uses recognition results as parameters to request exclusive initialization to an exclusive control program 23. When an instruction R/W is issued, the program ACP22 reports the access address of the instruction R/W to the exclusive control program 23 and forms an exclusive unit, which divides all exclusive resources, equal to or larger than the minimum exclusive unit and is registered in an exclusive table 24. Thus, a degree of multiplexing 1 simultaneous running and the load of the CPU are reduced.
