PURPOSE:To obtain a fixed copy and an unfixed copy easily and speedily upon occasion by positioning an unfixed transfer paper ejecting device which has a means for conveying unfixed transfer paper in contact with a surface where no toner image is formed over a fixed transfer paper ejecting device almost horizontally. CONSTITUTION:When a lever 89 is rotated as shown by an arrow R to a position in a figure in switching to an unfixed copy ejection mode, the pin 87 at the top of a lever 86 rotating integrally with it slides to right in the long-sized hole 85 of a conveyor belt side plate 84, which rotates clockwise around its rotating support shaft 66a at the same time. Then, the top surface of an unfixed copy conveyor belt 65 is positioned by abutting on a lock member while holding the attitude of the same level with the top surfaces of a sparating conveyor belt 55 and an ejection roller 60. The tip 90 of the lever 89 turns on a microswitch 91 at this time to send a signal for turning off a flash fixing device 57 to a control circuit, and the conveyor belt 65 is controlled to an undriven state. Consequently, a fixed copy and an unfixed copy are ejected optionally and a toner image on a copy is prevented from being damaged by a member on the conveyance path or the following copy. |
