PURPOSE:To takes an analysis of many items without any deterioration of a sample liquid by photometric luminous flux by storing all optical members such as a spectrometer, optical fibers, and reflecting mirror in a rotor so that their optical axes are aligned to one another, and projecting homogeneous luminous flux upon the sample liquid. CONSTITUTION:The optical members such as the spectrometer, optical fibers 12-1-12-n, and reflecting mirror 13 are all stored in the rotor 7 and the optical axis of a light source 3 is aligned easily. Every time the rotor 7 is rotated by an angle slightly smaller than the arrangement angle of a reaction cuvette 1, the photometry of the sample liquid in each reaction cuvette is performed successively. Further, the homogeneous luminous flux is projected upon the sample liquid to obtain necessary data in a short time for an analysis of many items without any deterioration of the sample liquid by the photometric luminous flux although the constitution is simple. |
