PURPOSE:The titled filter wherein the exchange of a filter material and the attachment and detachment of the filter upper part are made easy and working efficiency is enhanced, constituted so as to contact the lower part and the upper part of the filter having the filter material mounted therein under pressure through a sealing packing interposed therebetween by a cylinder apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The lower part 3 of a filter having filter paper 10 mounted therein is placed on a base plate 5 through a support member 6 while the upper part 2 thereof is brought into contact with the lower part 3 under pressure through a packing 4 by a hydraulic cylinder 7 to constitute a filter main body 1 as a leakage free container. The exchange and the taking-out of the filter paper 10 are performed by raising the cylinder 7 alone or in linked motion to the upper part 2. Because a bolt or a clamp as is conventional is not used, the efficiency of filtering work is enhanced.
