PURPOSE:To feed parts in a stable condition by additionally installing a bypass track for a conveying track in a bowl, in a device in which said bowl is vibrated and parts are conveyed along said conveying track provided on the inner peripheral surface of the bowl. CONSTITUTION:A parts feeding device comprises a bottomed cylindrical bowl 8 having a converying track 12 which ascends helically from its bottom wall 9 and along the inner periphery of a side wall 10 reaching a delivery end part 11, and a vibrating section which provides parts conveying to the bowl 8. And, a bypass track 14, which branches off from the delivery end part 11, partly overlaps the conveying track 12 crosswise, and is connected vibration to a point 13 midway in the track 12, is additionally installed in the bowl 8. When parts 6 are supplied, an air jet 23 is applied to a part 6 which is sent from the previous process, during it waiting time, and the overfed part 6 is returned, through the by pass track 14. Thereby the undersupply of the part 6 can be prevented. |
