PURPOSE:To obtain various color tones elaboration forming flares or colored films on a spectacle frame blank material, etc., made of conductive material partially or with a pattern by electrodeposition coating. CONSTITUTION:A resin film 3 is formed on the outer circumference of the spectacle blank material body 2 formed of conductive material in the process 1 of forming a resin film. Then, the resin film where the spectacle frame blank material body 2A is colored or patterned is removed by buff finishing in the process 4 of exposing the surface of the conductive material to expose conductive material surfaces 5 and 5. Further, flares or colored films 7 and 7 are formed on said exposed conductive material surfaces 5 and 5 by electrodeposition coating in the process of electrodeposition coating. Thus, various color tones and elaboration are obtained. |
