PURPOSE:The titled apparatus enhanced in purifying effect, constituted of such a mechanism that a treating liquid tank is placed under a purifying chamber and the bottom part of the purifying chamber is opened to allow the free inflow of a treating liquid. CONSTITUTION:A primary and a secondary purifying chambers 1A, 1B are placed on a treating liquid tank 4 and the bottom parts of the purifying chambers 1A, 1B are partially opened to allow the free inflow of a treating liquid. A suction blower 8 and a drive motor 10 are operated to suck exhaust gas into the primary purifying chamber 1A through a suction pipe 6 to bring the same to a sprayed state by a rotary blade 3 containing the treating liquid. At the same time, the rotary blade 3 encloses impurities which are, in turn, allowed to dissolve in the treating liquid on the bottom part of the purifying chamber 1A. When purification is insufficient, said gas is sent to the secondary purifying chamber 1B to perform secondary purification and exhausted from an exhaust port 9. By this apparatus, the rotary blade 3 is always kept clean and operation can be performed without replacing the treating liquid for a long time.
