PURPOSE:The titled structure preventing the damage and peeling-off of filter paper, in an up-and-down split type filter main body having a filter material mounted therein, by providing a supply port to the lateral side of the curved filter upper part to supply a liquid to be filtered in a vortex stream while obtaining a solid component as a uniformed cake. CONSTITUTION:A supply port 13 is provided to the upper part 11 of a filter of which the ceiling is curved in a cup shape from the tangential direction toward the interior thereof. An inflow liquid is flowed in a vortex stream in the cavity formed by the filter 2 and the upper part 11 while a solid component is uniformly fallen on the filter 2 to form a uniform cake and the force of the filtrate to the filter 2 is reduced. By this method, damage or the peeling-off of the filter 2 is prevented.
