PURPOSE:To prevent damage of road face and creation of dust by supporting the lower part of a pin end member which is independently shaped by means of a resilient piece having the resilient force weaker than the hardness of the paved road face so that the pin end may be pushed in and out from the surface of a tyre. CONSTITUTION:A pin end 9 and a silicoce rubber 10 are inserted in a shell part 2 and jammed therein until the pin end 9 is projected from the through-hole 5 drilled in the top of the shell part 2. The resilient force of the silicone rubber 10 is set weaker than the hardness of paved road face but stronger than the hardness thereof if frozen. On the frozen face of the road, the pin end 9 may be the reby projected from the surface of a tyre to provide the spike effect. In case the face of paved road is exposed to come into direct contact with the pin end 9, the silicone rubber 10 is pressed inside and the pin end 9 is pusheed inside the tyre, thereby providing no effect of spike. Damage of road face and creation of dust may be prevented in said manner. |
