The invention relates to an electric window winder with pulsed actuating control, of the type comprising an electric motor equipped with an excitation winding inserted into a power supply circuit comprising at least one coil in series with the said winding. The window winder is characterised in that the coil is inserted into the earth return of the said excitation winding of the motor (M) and constitutes with it a signal divider, and in that the terminals of the said coil are linked to the input of a processing device supplying a stop signal for the motor at its output.
