The patent: a system of panels with integrated shuttering (formwork, framing) with universal equipment allows an organised concern to produce a turnkey-equipped habitation with 6 H/m<2>, including the manufacture of the panels, the transportation, management, the assembly and the finishing. The system is in accordance with all safety standards, in particular: - Fire, because we do not have outstanding combustible elements; - Earthquakes, because of the continuity of the RC walls, with its beams and its floors, we produce braced modular assemblies; - Heat, using 140 mm of polystyrene, we obtain a K = 0.2/W m<2>/C DEG , i.e. G = 0.5, whence an economy of approximately SIMILAR 20 F/m<2>/year, i.e. capitalised: of 800 F/m<2>; - the outside appearance of the building may be traditional, but it also makes it possible, by virtue of its lightweightness before the casting of the RC, any conical or spherical shapes, on one level or in overhang, for producing novel architectural shapes. <IMAGE>
