PURPOSE:To improve the following property, grinding force and abrasive force of the wheel by a method wherein abrasive grains are adhered to a base material protruded and recessed into wavy form and a plurality of base materials are laminated and attached to a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:The abrasive grains are adhered to the base material having reticulated structure by using thermo-curing resin or thermo-plastic resin, the base material is punched into a disc and the base material is set by heat in a metallic mold so as to form the outer periphery of the nase material with wavy protrusions and recesses alternately in the axial direction thereof to form a continuous curvature and, thus, the abrasive material 6 is formed. A plurality of abrasive materials 6 are fitted to the rotary shaft 8 and are laminated under a pressure so that the outer peripheral rim of the abrasive material 6 constitute a continuous curvature, thereafter, are tightened from both sides by flanges 9 and a nut 10 and thereby constituting the abrasive wheel 11. |
