PURPOSE:To correctly store the contents of memory for a long period by memorizing the position of a mirror in a memory circuit. CONSTITUTION:The core of a variable inductance 11 gets into and out from the hollow part of a hollow coil in accordance with the inclination of the mirror surface of a mirror 29, and the inductance L is varied. A counter circuit 17 counts the pulse signals supplied from the first gate circuit 16 and applies the output signals into a memory circuit 24 and a comparison circuit 25. Said memorizing circuit 25 memorizes the output signal of the counter circuit 17 by the aid of the signal supplied from the second gate circuit 20 and reads-out the memorized signal by the aid of the signal supplied from the third gate circuit 23. The comparison circuit 25 compares the signal of the memory circuit 24 with the output signal of the counter circuit 17 and outputs the results. Then, the mirror 29 is driven through a mirror driving circuit 28 by the aid of the output signal of the comparison circuit 25. |
