PURPOSE:To reject automatically an incoming call from a caller by allowing a subscriber to register a telephone number desired to be rejected in advance. CONSTITUTION:Some incoming rejection telephone numbers registered from an input/output device 13 are stored in a memory 10. When a control signal extracted by a control signal extracting circuit 5 is a control signal for ringing transmission, a CPU 9 judges the succeeding control signal afterward as a telephone number of a caller and judges whether this telephone number exists in the incoming rejection telephone numbers stored in the memory 10. When it does not exists, the control signal for ringing transmission is transmitted to a ringing controller 6 so as to transmit a ringing signal from a tone generator 7. On the other hand, when the telephone number exists in the incoming rejection telephone numbers, the ringing signal is not transmitted and the incoming is rejected. |
